Homework

Reading and Spelling homework is provided weekly to the students, while Project homework is set each term with details in our termly newsletters. There is a choice of 3 tasks to choose from and all are related to our over-arching project for the term.

Reading – We ask parents to read at least 3 times per week and ask them to sign it in their reading record books.

Spelling – We use a scheme called ‘No Nonsense’ spelling. Spelling lists are set weekly with children tested in class.

Times Tables – We test the children on times tables from Year 1 upwards, weekly.
